Innovation Consultancy GmbH is an international consultancy company based in Austria which uses the "innocon", "danubetec.net" and "knowIT.at" trademarks.

The company was founded in 1999 and was born out of the original company, PKM - Dipl. Ing. Helmut Paugger, which was founded two years before that in 1997. 2003 saw the amalgamation of former sister company Danube Technology Centers GmbH with the parent firm, Innovation Consultancy.

We are active in three main areas of service within our main geographical sphere of Europe, focussing on Central and Eastern Europe. Our activities are defined by these three main areas of service:

• Regional/Local development and project management: innocon
• Development and management of systems of technology centers: danubetec.net
• Development and organisation of courses and single seminars: knowIT.at
